What products does Zennaro offer?
Zennaro specializes in handbags. Our range includes everyday bags, work-friendly designs, and pieces for special occasions, all made with a blend of style, practicality, and durability.
What are your customer service hours?
We’re available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00). Messages received after hours are answered the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery:
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now, we only deliver within the United States. If this changes, we’ll update our shipping policy.
What is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of $20 for all U.S. orders, regardless of size or quantity.
When will I receive my order?
Processing Time: 1–2 business days to confirm and pack your order
Shipping Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location
Estimated Delivery: About 4–9 business days from purchase
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your package ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.
What if tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t get my package?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
Not at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Do holidays affect delivery times?
Yes. During peak seasons, shipping may take longer due to carrier delays. We suggest placing orders early.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
How do returns work?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
All tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes.
You can exchange your bag for the same style in another color or size, depending on availability. If the item is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit. Price differences will be adjusted if needed.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Send clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you
What if I receive the wrong item or color?
Contact us right away with photos
We will cover the return shipping and send the correct item or issue a refund
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Funds are returned to the original payment method
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is on our end
Which returns are not accepted?
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or worn items
Items damaged due to misuse
Final-sale or clearance items
Products missing tags, packaging, or accessories
Returns not approved by our support team

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours. After that, processing begins and changes aren’t possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?

Do you have a size guide?
Handbags don’t require sizing. Each Zennaro bag is medium-sized, and dimensions are listed on product pages.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Not at the moment. We do not offer bulk pricing or custom handbag designs.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Apart from shipping and applicable taxes, there are no extra fees.
