Exchange and Return Period:

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
After 14 Days
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once the 14-day period has passed.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Product Condition
The handbag must be unused and in its original packaging.
All tags, dust bags, protective covers, and accessories must be included.
The item must be free from wear, scratches, stains, odors, or damage.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all return or exchange requests.
Exchanges:
You can exchange your item for the same product in a different color, size, or variation, depending on availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Exchanges for different products are also allowed, and any price difference will be charged or refunded.
Return Label and Shipping Costs:
Prepaid Return Label
Every order includes a prepaid return label for easy returns.
If Zennaro Is at Fault
If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged bag, we’ll cover the full return shipping cost.
If the Return Is by Customer Choice
If you are returning the item for personal reasons (such as change of mind or selecting the wrong style or color), you may still use the prepaid label, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
When Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Used or worn handbags
Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse
Final-sale or clearance products marked as non-returnable
Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Deductions
For customer-choice returns, any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees.

Email us at info@zennaro.shop with your order number and the item you want to exchange for.
Pack the handbag securely with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Attach the prepaid return label from your order.
Drop the package off with the carrier listed on the label.
After we inspect the returned item, we’ll ship your exchange (based on availability).
How to Return an Item (Step by Step):
Place the unused handbag, along with all accessories, dust bag, and tags, in the original packaging.
Attach the prepaid return label included in your shipment.
Drop the package off at the carrier location indicated on the label.
Once we inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund or exchange.
