Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days (Monday to Friday) begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.
If there is any delay in processing, customers will be informed promptly by email.

Shipping Coverage

Zennaro currently ships only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of $30 applies to all orders, regardless of order value, quantity, or delivery location within the United States.
The total shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Any limited-time shipping offers or promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

Transit Time and Delivery Estimates

Standard Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
Total Delivery Time: 4 to 9 business days, including processing and transit

Delivery times may vary by location.
Urban and city areas typically receive faster delivery, while rural or remote locations may require additional time.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier information.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s website.

Delivery Responsibility

After the package is handed over to the courier, Zennaro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the courier directly. Zennaro will provide all necessary shipment details to assist.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Zennaro is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, a $30 re-shipping fee may apply.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to multiple failed delivery attempts, inaccessible locations, or refusal of delivery, Zennaro will notify the customer.
Re-delivery can be requested by paying an additional $30 shipping fee.

Signature on Delivery

For security purposes, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Customers should ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package when required.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Any lost or damaged shipment must be reported within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Zennaro will assist with filing a claim with the courier, and resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation process.
Zennaro is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier that are later reported as stolen.

Shipping Limitations

Zennaro does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping may not be available in certain restricted or remote areas. If this affects your order, you will be contacted.

Partial Shipments

In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Customers will be notified in advance if this applies to their order.

Exchanges

Zennaro does not offer exchanges.
